1. Transparency & Tracking
To ensure a secure experience, all shipments include a tracking number. We exclusively use CTT Express service for all our deliveries to guarantee speed and reliability.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Please note that these times refer to the period after your order has been produced and dispatched:
- Portugal (Mainland & Islands): 2 to 4 business days.
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union (or into the EU from July 2026):
- Import Duties: Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (such as the €3 flat-rate duty for small parcels in the EU starting July 2026).
- Responsibility: These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. FPDecor has no control over these fees.
5. Non-Delivery & Support
If your order has not arrived within the stipulated timeframe, please contact us at [Your Email].
Refunds: We will issue a full refund if your package is officially declared lost by the carrier or returned to us due to reasons beyond the recipient’s control.
Resolution: We will provide full support to locate your package.
